Welcome 2006

We didnt get pissed as we promised ourselves b4. At least not THAT pissed. Met up in Lucern for the New Year's Eve party. All 7 of us turned up in that Brasilian party in Lucern in the Stadt. Tainà had a great time as she knew the lyrics to every single songs played in the disco. The brasilians can freakin good dance. It's really in their blood. To all non brasilians--No use trying. Unless u haf some bit of brasilian blood in u....it really takes talent and practise to dance as well as them.

The disco didnt turn out as what we thought. The people were older than us. Older in a way where they have gfs or wifes...and even CHILDREN! A little hard to flirt or hook up with ppl our own age. Of course there were some exceptions... =P But anyway, it was still cool celebrating in a Brasilian party with good friends.

Partied till early morning and took a cab back to Izra's place. Almost 4 francs per person. Pretty cheap infact.... considering once I paid a much, much higher price(or rather my friend) from Olten to Aarau, a 10 minute drive with a FR55 cost! BLOODY EXPENSIVE! Thanks to his friend who cost us to miss our last train back to Aarau.

Had a great time with them lah....really....!!!! Laughed, joked, chatted.... Suddenly, we were hit with the fact that we would be going home soon. We will be 19 this year. We will all separate soon. We all promised each other that we will visit each other ---some time or another. Promises are promises, but reality is reality. All of us came from different countries, different continents for our exchange year. 1 year of friendship can't be just erased by the location of our homeland. But based on experience, out of sight, out of mind. I hope to prove this saying wrong with the friendships I 've made during my exchange year here in Switzerland, by keeping in contact with them---despite the distance between our homeland.

To all my friends in Malaysia and Switerland, happy 2006! And not to forget my jakuns, thanks for being there and I really treasure your precious friendship. Hope that it will really last coz it's really a life changing experience where we will never, ever forget. Gotta really enjoy the last bits of our exchange year....coz I'm definitely gonna be depreseed as I start counting the days.

Kisses.
